Did you know that that you may be eligible to receive financial support through Michigan Works! for qualified training and/or education? Average amounts may range from $500-$2500 per semester. Click on the options below to learn more.
Training for those enrolled at LMC or SMC
In partnership with Lake Michigan College and Southwestern Michigan College, we can help you earn a certificate or degree in a high-demand field.
Training for those not enrolled in LMC or SMC
Not attending Lake Michigan College or Southwestern Michigan College? You may be eligible for financial support for other approved certificates or degree program.
An apprenticeship combines paid work experience with classroom training. Michigan Works! sponsors 3 health care apprenticeship programs and we support registered apprentices in other fields including manufacturing and professional trades.
