Friend of the Court can remove your bench warrant WITHOUT THE THREAT OF ARREST. You must attend in person and be prepared to discuss with a staff member ways to meet your child support obligations.

About the Event
Friend of the Court can remove your bench warrant WITHOUT THE THREAT OF ARREST. You must attend in person and be prepared to discuss with a staff member ways to meet your child support obligations.
Michigan Works! can help determine if you are eligible to clear your criminal record, help you begin the process, and then connect you to an attorney and other support services.
In addition various community partners will provide important information and services on:
- Job search & preparation
- Legal matters including expungement
- Court proceeding
- Health concerns
- Parenting strategies
YOU WILL NOT BE ARRESTED FOR APPEARING AT THE AMNESTY PROGRAM.
