More About Job’s for Michigan’s Graduates
Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates (JMG) offers programming for youth in and out of schools and develops youth competencies in leadership, self-development, workplace expectations, financial literacy, career exploration and training, access to postsecondary education, and hands-on and work-based learning. With the support of a dedicated adult mentor, JMG provides youth with individualized guidance, helping them obtain the skills and knowledge needed to identify a pathway for post-secondary success while overcoming individual barriers.

Bridge Academy of Southwest Michigan
The Bridge Academy of Southwest Michigan serves grades 9-12 and is located inside the Michigan Works! Berrien, Cass, Van Buren facility in Benton Harbor, allowing you to access a variety of wrap around services, career exploration, and access to additional support along the education journey.

Apprenticeships
If you’re 16+ years old, an apprenticeship is a great option for you! An apprenticeship combines paid work experience with classroom training. Highly skilled workers share their skills and knowledge on the job, in combination with lessons to make sure you master all aspects of the job. There are apprenticeships for nearly any job you can imagine, from manufacturing to professional trades.
