Our dedicated staff members perform a variety of workforce development functions throughout Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties.

Business Solutions Team members include staffing coordinators and business service managers who help employers recruit, train, and retain a skilled workforce.

Our Job Seeker Services Team is composed of career navigators and career developers who help all tri-county job seekers find training, search for jobs, and learn resume and interview skills to achieve their career goals.

Training and Education staff members help youths and adults learn career skills and earn their GED or high school diplomas through adult education classes throughout the tri-counties and through our Bridge Academy alternative school.

Administrative staff members provide organizational leadership and administrative functions to support our excellent team.
